Method of use

• Place your mouthguard in previously boiled water for a few seconds.
• Remove from the hot water without burning yourself and let it cool a little.
• He places the mouthguard correctly in his mouth and bites down firmly, squeezing the edges of the mouthguard with his fingers and sucking the air out of his mouth (suction) to remove any remaining water. Wait about 20 seconds.
• Remove the mouthguard from your mouth and place it in cold water for about 20 seconds.
